Terms & Conditions – All Court Development Tennis Programs (May 2026)

By submitting this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions for participation in All Court Development tennis programs, camps, squads, clinics, and coaching sessions.

1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in tennis and related physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or illness. I acknowledge these risks and consent to my child participating in all program activities conducted by All Court Development.

2. Behaviour & Safety

Participants are expected to follow all instructions, rules, and safety guidelines provided by the coaching staff at all times. All Court Development reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund where deemed necessary.

3. Medical Consent

I consent to All Court Development coaches and staff administering basic first aid if required. In the event of an emergency, I authorise staff to seek medical treatment for my child, including ambulance transportation if necessary. I accept responsibility for any associated medical or emergency costs incurred.

4. Medical Information

I confirm that all medical conditions, allergies, behavioural information, and emergency contact details provided during registration are accurate and current. I agree to notify All Court Development promptly of any changes to this information.

5. Supervision

I consent to my child being supervised by All Court Development coaches and authorised staff throughout the duration of the program, including on-court activities, fitness sessions, and scheduled breaks.

6. Photography & Media

I consent to photographs and videos being taken during programs for coaching, promotional, and social media purposes by All Court Development, unless written notice is provided requesting otherwise prior to participation.

7. Weather & Program Changes

Programs may continue in modified formats during wet weather or extreme conditions where suitable indoor facilities are available. All Court Development reserves the right to alter schedules, venues, coaches, or program structures when necessary.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, credits, or make-up sessions are provided at the discretion of All Court Development. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to participant absence, illness, or change of mind unless otherwise approved.

9. Personal Property

All Court Development is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to programs or coaching sessions.

10. Agreement

By submitting this registration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of myself and the registered participant.
